Justice Osei Akoto

Justice Osei Akoto, born 6 September 1996, hails from the Eastern Region of Ghana. Justice holds a BSc in Planning from the University for Development Studies and an MSc in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) from the University of Aberdeen.

Justice currently works as a GIS Analyst within the GIS Analysis Team of the Scottish Government where he contributes to various projects across the several directorates of the government by creating innovative geospatial solutions and providing essential analysis to support decision-making.

Outside of work and academics, Justice takes a keen interest in football, spending time with loved ones and watching movies. Justice also serves the wider community by volunteering and notable among this is his role as a volunteer at the DATA:Scotland annual conference since 2022.

Justice aims to build his skills in automation in GIS and is dedicated to using GIS to drive impactful urban policies and contribute to the growth of the geospatial sector.

Colossal Aid Africa has been committed to providing essential support to the less privileged across the continent.
